Frontier Community Health Clinic offers reduced rates to low-income patients
Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - People struggling to make ends meet and lacking health insurance that covers dentistry have a new option with the restructuring of Cortez Dental Care.
Specialty care at Melissa Memorial Hospital got a huge boost this month, with more than $80,000 in donations accepted from Black Hills Energy, Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation and the Heginbotham Trust.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - More than $3 million dollars being given to Colorado non-profit organizations to improve community oral health. The money is given out through grants from Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation. One organization in El Paso County benefiting from these grant dollars -- Mission Medical. All the dentists who work there are volunteers, but they need equipment and other supplies.

Delta Dental program to support access, education
Improving access to dental care and preventing tooth decay will be the focus of a new grant from Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, which will provide $3.4 million in funding through the next three years to 29 organizations. 
The Northeast Colorado Health Department will be able to provide services to promote oral health, thanks to a recent grant award. Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation named the Northeast Colorado Health Foundation as one of 29 Colorado nonprofits to receive funding aimed at advancing oral health equity in communities across the state. 
An oral health program offered to pregnant women and children by Grand Beginnings got a big boost this year thanks to a $106,000 grant from the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation.
