Frontier Center 4 Health

The University of Colorado Schools of Dental Medicine created the Frontier Center to educate students about the importance of oral health care. This is part of a continued effort to affect a strategic shift toward an enhanced focus on prevention and wellness across disciplines. The Frontier Center:

  • Educates medical students in oral health assessment techniques.
  • Informs dental students about diseases that can affect oral and systemic health.
  • Includes physician assistants, physical therapists, nurses and pharmacists in the curriculum.
